We’re in Milan for the weekend since my husband had to come here for work, and we’re absolutely loving this city—so much history, delicious food, and of course, amazing fashion! The weather has been perfect too, which makes it even better to explore this beautiful country. But of course, I couldn’t leave you without your weekly dinner menu! So I’m here to share some delicious, summer-friendly recipes that are super easy to make. Enjoy! Monday: Tuna Patties With Sweet PotatoThese delicious patties goes really well with a creamy aioli sauce and green salad too.
Tuesday: Broiled SalmonMy family and I love serving this 10-minute salmon recipe with a delicious Greek quinoa salad or cucumber salad.
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Avocado SaladThis salad is hearty and satisfying enough to be a main dish on its own, but if you’d like a little extra carbs, serve it with some garlic butter bread on the side.
Thursday: Air Fryer Whole ChickenThis recipe only takes 5 minutes to prep, and the rest is hands-off thanks to the air fryer. Serve with rice, coleslaw or broccoli salad.
Friday: Chicken Zucchini BoatsThey're stuffed with chicken, homemade tomato pasta sauce, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. It's one-pan recipe that we loved it!
