🥔☘️ NEW Recipe: Creamy, Buttery & Oh-So-Irish! 🇮🇪

Hi dear Reader,

How are you doing today?

I just got back home to Toronto after a five-day work trip to New Orleans. What an incredible and vibrant city! I absolutely loved everything about it—the Creole food is to die for, the French Quarter’s gorgeous buildings make you feel like you’re in Europe, and the people are so friendly. I loved their accent and energy!

I think I can safely say this was the best work trip I’ve ever had—from the knowledge I gained to the amazing people I met and the incredible city chosen for the event. Everything was amazing, and I’m feeling so grateful for the experience!

Now, back to the blog—today, I'm sharing a brand-new recipe for St. Patrick's Day!

This quick and easy Colcannon recipe combines creamy mashed potatoes with sautéed kale and green onions.

You’ll need just five key ingredients and 30 minutes to make this traditional Irish comfort food. It’s perfect for your St. Patrick’s Day spread and makes a hearty side dish for weeknight dinners.

Enjoy! 🍀🍲

As always, I hope you'll enjoy one of these recipes and if you try them, don't forget to snap a pic and share it on my Instagram or on our Facebook Group.

What I'm loving right now

If you're like me, you probably live in sweatshirts! OMG, I wear mine all the time—to drop off or pick up Thomas from school, run errands, go for a walk, work from home, and even sometimes to the movies. I absolutely love them because they’re so comfortable and also super cute.

These ones are from Amazon—yes, can you believe it? They come in so many colors, the fabric is soft, they’re available in a wide range of sizes (including XX-large), and the best part? They’re way more affordable than the Lululemon ones. Check them out!

Hi dear Reader, Happy Sunday! How’s your weekend going so far? I’m back home in Canada, and it feels so good to be with my boys and back to my regular routine. This morning, the three of us cleaned the whole house—something we usually do every weekend, and it’s actually fun! It’s a chilly and wet day, so they’re in the garage playing with our vintage car, a 1968 Mini. Meanwhile, I’m catching up on some work since I’ve been away since last weekend. Speaking of work, I couldn’t skip our weekly...

Hi dear Reader, Happy Friday! What are your plans for the weekend? I’m actually in Utah since Wednesday evening! I’m here for a Mastermind retreat with 15 other online business women and a business coach to gain more clarity on our businesses. It’s been amazing—especially because this is my first time attending an event like this! I’m keeping this newsletter short and sweet because I need to get ready for the second day of the event. Hope you enjoy these recipes, and let me know if you try...
