Dinner tonight, leftovers tomorrow!

Hi dear Reader,

Today I’m excited to share a family favorite I love making for a cozy Sunday dinner—with plenty of leftovers for the week.

These Stuffed Shells with Ricotta are made with jumbo pasta shells filled with creamy ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan, then baked in a rich, flavorful tomato sauce until bubbly and golden.

Topped with fresh basil, this dish is a family favorite that’s perfect for weeknights or special occasions. A must-try for pasta lovers! Enjoy!

If you try one of these recipes, please don't forget to share your recipe with me on Instagram or on our Facebook Group.

Thanks for reading my newsletter!

Stuffed Pasta with Ricotta

While the stuffed shells are doing their thing in the oven, you can toss together a big chopped salad with lots of veggies. Warm up some fresh garlic bread and dinner is ready to go!

Hi dear Reader, Whenever I’ve got family or friends coming over and I want to wow them with something that looks fancy but is secretly super easy, I usually go with my Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin or those Bacon-Wrapped Scallops. They’re elegant, effortless, and always a hit. But since I almost always have chicken breasts hanging out in the fridge, I thought—why not try the same bacon trick with chicken? And let me tell you, it turned out amazing! I usually serve it with easy sides that can...

Hi dear Reader, Hi! How are you? I hope you're having a good week! My favorite chicken recipes are the ones that look really impressive, but are actually super easy to make. Marry Me Chicken is exactly that! The entire recipe takes about 30 minutes, it has a beautiful presentation, and layers upon layers of flavor. The chicken and creamy sauce speak for themselves, so I like to keep the sides simple—rice, pasta (spaghetti is perfect!), parmesan green beans or mashed potatoes are great for...

Hi dear Reader, Hi! How are you? I hope you're having a great weekend! It’s been a week since we got back to Toronto, and while it feels good to be home, it doesn’t quite feel like home these days—we just started a small construction project for an extension. It’s messy, noisy, and busy here, but I know it’ll be worth it in the end. We’re extending the entrance (which was very small) so we can finally have a proper closet, and we’re also adding a sunroom with a fireplace. I’m excited, but...
