Hi dear Reader, Hi! How are you? I hope you're having a great weekend! It’s been a week since we got back to Toronto, and while it feels good to be home, it doesn’t quite feel like home these days—we just started a small construction project for an extension. It’s messy, noisy, and busy here, but I know it’ll be worth it in the end. I’m excited, but right now our home looks like this: In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the recipes I’ve selected for you this week. If you try these recipes, don't forget to snap a pic and share them on my Instagram or in our Facebook Group. Monday: One-Pan Sausage with Sweet PotatoClean up is a breeze, and a majority of the cooking is hands-off. Packed with flavor, it’s the perfect weeknight dinner!

They’re elegant, effortless, and always a hit. But since I almost always have chicken breasts hanging out in the fridge, I thought—why not try the same bacon trick with chicken? And let me tell you, it turned out amazing! I usually serve it with easy sides that can...
Hi dear Reader, Hi! How are you? I hope you're having a good week! My favorite chicken recipes are the ones that look really impressive, but are actually super easy to make. Marry Me Chicken is exactly that! The entire recipe takes about 30 minutes, it has a beautiful presentation, and layers upon layers of flavor. The chicken and creamy sauce speak for themselves, so I like to keep the sides simple—rice, pasta (spaghetti is perfect!), parmesan green beans or mashed potatoes are great for...
