🥘 Dinner Menu – Warm & Hearty Recipes 🥘

Hi dear Reader,

How’s your long weekend going so far?

This weekend I’m at my best friend’s house for a sleepover since our husbands are traveling for work. Our kids play together so well, and we still have to finalize the last details for our work retreat next month in Florence, Italy.

I’m so excited—it’ll be my first time in this part of Italy! We’ll be doing lots of cooking classes, visiting farmers’ markets, and of course squeezing in some work, too. And the best part? I get to experience it all with my “blondie sis,” as I call her. How awesome is that?! I truly can’t wait.

So, I’ll keep this newsletter short and sweet today, but I know you’ll love the recipes below. They’re easy to make, family-friendly, and of course SO GOOD!

Thanks so much for reading,
Olivia 💛

  • Toxin-free Ceramic Skillet – for quick stovetop honey garlic chicken and any other skillet recipe.
  • Dutch Oven – white chicken chili loves a heavy, cozy pot and this one it's my favorite. I used it all the time during fall and winter.
  • Garlic Press – fresh garlic in seconds (and all these recipes use it!).
  • Meat Thermometer – juicy, safe chicken every time.

This Air Fryer Tilapia with Lemon Butter Sauce is a quick, flavorful dinner that’s ready in 15 minutes! The tilapia fillets cook to perfectly...

The shredded chicken is then tossed with onions, garlic, and taco seasonings, creating a savory, juicy filling. Spoon it into warm tortillas and top with your favorite toppings for a customizable taco night everyone will love....
