Hi dear Reader, How’s your long weekend going so far? I just got back from a work trip to New York on Thursday, and the very next day I headed straight into my kitchen to test new fall recipes. Yesterday (Saturday), I spent from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. cooking away, putting my creativity to the test—and honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts of my job. One of the recipes ended up at a friend’s house for dessert (spoiler alert: some cozy fall treats are coming your way soon 😉). We all enjoyed it after dinner yesterday, and seeing everyone love it made me so happy. That’s the magic of food—creating something in your kitchen, sharing it with people you love, and savoring it together around the table. This week, I’ve put together a dinner menu inspired by my cozy fall cooking day. I hope you enjoy these recipes, and if you do, I’d love to hear from you—just hit reply to this email and let me know! Thanks so much for reading, Monday: Chicken Thighs and Rice

Whenever my uncles went fishing, they’d come home with baskets overflowing with fresh tilapia and that’s when I first started eating this fish. This Air Fryer Tilapia with Lemon Butter Sauce is a quick, flavorful dinner that’s ready in 15 minutes! The tilapia fillets cook to perfectly...
